Hamish Davidson - Chairman

Hamish is one of the most experienced and well-respected recruitment specialists in the UK, having led global searches for a range of high-profile roles during his time as partner heading up the UK Executive Resourcing team at PricewaterhouseCoopers and now as Chairman & Senior Partner of Rockpools. These have included finding: Commissioner of Transport for London; Chair & Chief Executive of the Legal Services Commission; Chair & Chief Executive & Board of the Olympic Delivery Authority; Chair, Chief Executive & a team of 14 Trustees for the new Commission for Equalities & Human Rights; and Chair & Chief Executive for Sport England.

A passionate advocate of diversity and authenticity of leadership in its widest sense, Hamish firmly believes that talent is fully transferable between the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, as well as between different industries, organisations, countries and cultures.

Derek Browne - Chief Executive & Founder

Derek Browne’s background has combined a career with some of the UK and worlds leading investment banks while competing as an international triple jumper in the UK and Europe.

Derek has a background in financial services and Investment Banking, working for institutions as Securities and Investment Board, Barings and Merrill Lynch.

In 2003 after leaving Merrill Lynch he decided to launch Entrepreneurs In Action, a company focusing on working with young people and teaching them about the mindset for entrepreneurial success. He is dedicated to developing a new generation of entrepreneurs from a diverse range of backgrounds.
